Wondering if a tech can assist with Part Numbers for the circled assembly and chip attached that are both damaged after a washing cartridge change.
Removing the old cartridge was harder than usual and without knowing it at the time, the top chip had been pulled from it's housing...

It sounds like the two cut paths might be on the same Layer. I've sent a PM with details if you are using Rasterlink as packaged with your CJV30. Hope this helps

Saw this a few days ago and looked for my Mimaki supplied floor plan diagram, unfortunately, the plan isn't that precise. The broadest depth of the top of the CJV30-160 is just over 68.25 cms.....but the rollers that are on the base allow you to swing the machine through an arc as you come...

Big thanks to Matt and his team at Advantage Sign Supply for making an overseas purchase of original inks a very simple and smooth operation. Shelf-life on our inks is important as a small operation and some suppliers treat their small customers as dumping grounds for older stock...not Advantage...
Just a thought you might like to try...maybe you could print a QRCode that linked directly to the web address of the map site...people could open the link via mobile device and the map is on-screen for them.
