    I don't know what went wrong there, but here in Italy I have seen dozens of Arizona 360XT and they worked superbly. I own one and I added a new Arizona 6170XTS to support increasing volumes. They never let me down and the print quality is a beauty. I have seen Mimakis, they're not bad either...
