Awesome! Thank you. That worked perfectly, Affinity imported your ase pallette perfectly and it appears to be the same Roland Library we're currently using.
I agree that's the case for many other pieces of software that I've tried. Often it does work to import an ai into color management dialogs to pull in the color pallet only and if you open the ai as a document the color pallet would normally come with... however I'm not getting either to work...
shoresigns Thanks for the reply... all of those are the problem... Affinity can open an .ai as a document but can't import as a swatch or profile, also I don't have Illistrator.
Would anyone happen to have an .ase of Roland's Color System swatches? I'm trying to add to Affinity... I have tried creating from the .pdf here https://signs101.com/threads/roland-color-system-in-flexi.44417/#post-482658 to no avail... very few colors were pulled from the document and all name...
VanderJ I happened to have a bottle of Goof Off Heavy duty spot remover and degreaser at hand. I tried it on a few spills and splatters and It looks like the mix of Glycol Ethers contained in this product is quite good at breaking down and cleaning up Eco Solvent Inks.
I totally agree VanderJ . I don't think that I've got anything new or a novel approach to cleaning heads. I'm just new to this type of printer and want to try cleaning aggressively on the chemical side. What I'll be testing is chemicals, soak time, and pressure all by hand. Mostly being new to...

I'm looking for used, plugged Epson DX4 Print Heads to test my cleaning abilities on. Since I need something that I can test I'm only looking for plugged heads not fried in any other way. Also since these methods are most likely to be destructive I'm not looking to spend a lot on heads+shipping...
