When I print on the paper it’s coming out a tan/brown color. The pictures above are just an example of what the print changed to after I switched the paper around to the correct side. It’s something I have messed up in the print settings I'm assuming. Just can’t pinpoint it down.
They were coming out fine when I was printing on the wrong side of the paper. Once I realized I was printing on the wrong side of paper they turned brown/tan. Quality as far as other colors and more sharp lines improved drastically.
I bought a Surecolor f170 a few months ago just so I could offer koozies to my race car customers. I’ll start by saying I found out I was printing on the wrong side of the transfer paper and the quality of the prints were kind of blurry but colors were always pretty close. Once I figured out...
Thanks for all the input. It helped send me in some directions to keep looking. I wish toolots.com had some in stock and I would go that route, seems like the safest out of all my current options but thanks to "covid" like everything else they are out stock currently.
I’ve had a Master Worf Series laminator for about the last 10 years and it’s been good to me for only running about $1600 at the time I bought it. That being said the outer edges of the rollers seem to have expanded and are pulling 60” material through the machine at a quicker pace over the...
Just looking for something that will have a better adhesion, seems like I can lay a car and in the smallest spots it will lift overnight. The picture is a bit of an over kill on the material lifting as its been hanging on the shop wall for a few years but just trying to show the the angle that...
I have a cheaper laminator that has always worked just fine for me. Used to be able to load a roll and run the whole 150' with no issues. Lately its been seeming to pull the outside of the vinyl and bunching up and having an excess in the center of the vinyl. I run 60" material through it...
I'm just curious what materials other companies are using to do dirt race car wraps. I have been using Arlon DPF 4500MLX for the last few years and just looking to possibly change it up to find something that might last a little longer and conform better during insulation while still keeping the...
Have a guy with a pulling truck that wants me to print the grill and headlight kit of a 2014 Silverado. Been searching the internet for print files that I can purchase, but haven't had any luck. Anyone know of a place I can purchase these files or is this something I'll need to take pictures of...
Looking for a cartoon squirrel that looks kind of like a pilot. Have attached an image I found to give you an idea of what I am looking for. Anyone know where I can find something like this? I have searched high and low and through all my clip art books and can't find anything like the picture I...
I ended up replacing the mainboard. Bought a refurbished one from Kent over at Mac Media! Have nothing but good things to say about him and the company. Had the board overnighted and just got it installed. Had a little hiccup at first and didn't think the board was going to work but we got it...
I can cut with no problem. It's only when I try and print that it disconnects and stop mid job. From what i've read on here from other people having the same issue it looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and spend the 2k for a new main board.. Anyone else have any other options...
I rewired my internet router so I was able to run ethernet cable to the printer. I have the computer also hard wired now to the router. I can connect to the printer but the printer will only print a few inches and then stop and just say processing on the printer. Versaworks then says the...
