Even after screen printing, we used to run an iron over the print to seal then off after they were hung to dry..I wasn't talking about heat transfer..

Run a hot iron over the prints again. May not have got enough heat to seal them off first time around.

Just replace the head. Lose too much time trying to recover a DX4 head, when you could be printing flawlessly.

The head is fried then.. You require a new one.

Did you follow instructions? Did the cyan shift over to where the black should be printed? If so, the head is fried.

Swap your black and cyan cables over at the printhead and test print again..

Have you got the damper correctly fitted.

All the DX4 head I have purchased from Sign in China, Now called Sign in Global, have always had rank no's and are packaged the same as from Epson factory. I can no longer get them directly from Epson and I'm talk way back to the DX2 heads that we ran with true solvent. Never had a problem in 25...

Test print, printer used, program used prior to sending it to Versa, would all help. Save the file as a PDF, add it as a job, and let us know how you go.

Are you printing on compatible clear vinyl..??

That print is media related, not profile settings.

Wireframe it and see if the centers are there.. They may only need changing to white.
