I agree with BlueMoonATL: check out NASA's website. I made this file 29.75" x 9" @ 600ppi, scaled it up 400% in Caldera Visual+, and it looks great.
bob is correct and I couldn't have explained it better myself.
And I'll go with kraigsnowden. We use Alien Skin Blow Up when we have to, and it's great. You can achieve the same results with your standard Photoshop tools, but it would take longer.
No, we haven't had the opportunity to remove any of them yet. No notification about any peeling though.
I wouldn't recommend Fathead. I figured it would perform as Pat Whatley indicated.
We've been doing this for a while now. We don't promote it heavily, but we get a request every now and then.
We've used 3M IJ180CV3 for some, and even some Avery MPI 1005 on a few if I remember correctly.
