Sending cut file(.pdf or.eps) to Drop Box from Adobe Illustrator 2020 CC. Open up in Winplot and my Flexcut lines(0,100,100,0) are changes to Black. Today it has started saying OPOS marks not found". I have tried many different formats but cant get to open up correctly. Any suggestions...

Roland VS540I 4 years old. Everything works great except.... 1. show up in the morning and hear a alarm going off. The Service Error and the head is detached from the capping station. I restart and turn back on and it returns to station wit no further issue. This has happened (4) times over...

I can't figure out how to stop from cutting out the Registration bar on the OPOS Marks. I have went through win plot and cant figure out why it is doing this. It is not cutting the square OPOS marks....only the front long OPOS bar. Any suggestions? Thx

Had to to reinitialize after having some freez ups and now I lost my preview in "Job List" Screen to the right on the window Application. I have checked preferences and restarted a few times. Looking for a fix before doing a complete reinstall and having to reinstall all my profiles. ughh! Thx

I have tried adjusting knife pressure threw the cutting Control and the plotter control panel. The knife holder action works but does not respond to any increase or decrease in knife pressure. Only adjustment to the knife pressure is manually moving the knife holder. Any Ideas?
