Does anyone know the part numbers for a roland sp540v tool carriage ribbon cable and the plastic guides? I am having a problem finding them in the manual.

Easiest way is to.
1. Put it in service mode.
2. Lower the caping station.
3. Pinch off the drainage hose of the caps, you will have to remove the front cover in front of the pump to get to it.
4. fill up the caps.
5. Move the head back in place MAKE SURE IT IS LOCKED IN PLACE BEFORE...
What about the voltage setting on the print head?
I found this explanation on another site:

If the scan motor and the feed motor aren't working together you could get all kinds of defferent results. One way to test this would be to do a print cut test just to illiminate it as the cause. Also, I know you said the print head was new, was it a aftermarket head?
It would make since that your test print is fine because it seems to be only hapening on the vertical lines or larger print areas correct? This is starting to look like a feed motor issue?
