You can try check head carriage belt motor.
I think, in motor has an encoder for first position of printhead carriage.
Encoder strip has no first position of head carriage, only position for printing have a encoder strip.
Maybe problem its in electrostatic of material or you have a noise in electrical line.
Maybe printhead have a wrong firing because getting signal from breaking flat cable.
Or maybe a encoder tape its not clear on this position.
You can try checking a slant position of printhead. Unidirectional print its OK but bidirectional NOT if slant position not good. I think you can cahange slant only in service mode not in operation mode on machine.
Can you check the wiper first and then the capping station. It is possible that ink droplets are retained on the cyan channel which is solved by whipping. If air is present in the cyan channel you have to remove it by cleaning but only on condition that the capping is correct and set correctly...
