Thank you all for your answers, I´ll try tomorrow. Cuts are not too deep, it's heat press material. Tried also with lots of circles and normal vinyl. Didn't cut through silicone layer but the problems seems to be the same. I'll adjust the coil and try compressed air. Both are good ideas i think :)

We tried with one roll. Slideability is great, but the adhesive is quite weak. I'm not saying it's bad but we are sticking with 3M envision. It's much more expensive but still.

I have changed the motor 2 or 3 times because of that over the years. Pretty simple to do, takes about 15-20 minutes.
