to get it aligned... maybe make them slightly larger than the credit card? that way you can trim it to an exact fit? shouldn't be too hard following the edge of the card.

How are the edges on the vinyl after being cut? I used a roll of knifeless tape a while ago and then then recently started using wrapcut on the norm and I'm noticing that the edges are really ruff. I cant remember if the knifeless was like that or not.
