Thanks y'all. I clocked right at 26 hours for cleaning(it was way dirty), wrap, print, lam, cut and install graphics & post heating the crap out of everything...Which seemed a little long but i'm overly critical especially on the deep recesses. But if a things worth doing it's worth doing...

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the most recent update to omega. There should be an option in the export dialog box that says "embed JPEG in PDF" But it does it default, you'll have to un-check it.
