Phototex is a fabric wall graphic and most fabric wall graphic materials are more Matte. I recommend a vinyl wall graphic material to get the Gloss you're looking for! Try Mojave 6 Mil Flexible Wall Graphic.
Hello Bret! I do have some profiles for the Mimaki JV33. We have them for the 130, 160 and 260, SS21 inks with a Dual CMYK ink configuration. Let me know if one of those profiles will work for you and I'll send it over!
320 was the recommended temperature until about 6 months ago. We're always testing our products. With the latest testing, we determined 300 degrees is the best temp to apply the material.
We recommend the Eco-Print be applied at 300 degrees. Keep in mind, this is just a recommendation. If what you're doing is working well for you, feel free to continue!

There really aren't any features on the new GS-24 that make it a better option than the Graphtec. It will cut a little faster (real speed, not specs), but you're not looking for speed if you want to cut fine detail.
I'd go with the Graphtec and use the savings on the price difference to...
A couple of your problems are because you aren't setting the origin point. It explains why the machine is feeding the material out and cutting on the cutting strip and why it picks random spots to begin cutting. You need to set the origin before and after every cut.
There is a "Pause" button...
