The laminate is very stiff stuff, but the vinyl is ultra thin, black back/adhesive. Used as fuel dispenser decals. Much appreciate any insight on this material.

I'm tasked with replacing/customizing various fountain drink machine and other misc light box films and was wondering what would be a comparable substrate that I can use for this? It appears to be around 1/16" thick of polycarb or similar material. Any help on this substrate is appreciated!

We have a few of these inserts about 10" wide by 7" tall inserts missing and I was tasked to find replacements. I have dug around but appear to be custom. Im finding it fairly hard to find someone to replicate these. Any info on these would be appreciated as this is outside our capabilities.

Recently encountered banding across the whole print on the heaviest areas(this dark black and white background). I cleaned the printer and the banding stopped except for one area. The only thing I could come up with, thanks to these forums, is a the heater going out, and wouldn't you know it...
