    We have a few of these inserts about 10" wide by 7" tall inserts missing and I was tasked to find replacements. I have dug around but appear to be custom. Im finding it fairly hard to find someone to replicate these. Any info on these would be appreciated as this is outside our capabilities.
  8. Banding..

    Recently encountered banding across the whole print on the heaviest areas(this dark black and white background). I cleaned the printer and the banding stopped except for one area. The only thing I could come up with, thanks to these forums, is a the heater going out, and wouldn't you know it...
