Are u sure a rodent hasn't died in between a wall or false ceiling somewhere? That happened at our shop and it took some time to figure out. I doubt it's materials as you wouldn't have it on two different brands. Good luck!

Use swifter dusters on the print as you are feeding the print through the laminator. However cleaning the shop weekly is a must.

Not so rare we went through 2 Tru Vis printers for the same reasons they couldn't figure out multiple error messages. We went to a XR 640 Pro 4 and it's been great.

Happens to is on every install. Normal will go away doesn't matter what brand you use. It's the laminate sticking to the glass through the holes. Will go away in a few days.

1 shot paint will work we use to paint on vinyl all the time back in the day when there was still hand lettering going on. Worth a shot 1 shot that is.

You have to be busy or it will kill you. We do a lot of sub contracting 1099 action as it's hard to keep these caliber of people busy and happy all the time.

It's a NO NO without written permission from the image / logo owner. Then you still have to verify the person giving you permission is legit. Money doesn't matter as that transaction is very difficult to prove.

A little bit but worth to not have issues in the harsh climate. When I explain this to my customers they usually don't mind paying a little extra for the quality and longevity. Good luck!

Should last 6mos if 1/8" thick wall mounted. If using Max Metal you will definitely want to spray the edge as the salt air will start to corrode the aluminum edges quickly. I live in south Florida and have the same issue here. Solid aluminum blanks would be a better option. Street sign grade...
Looks like defective material having to do with the coating process. Have supplier replace with a new roll different lot number and see if it fixes the problem.?

Definitely looks like an alignment issue. Might need a tech to come in as this can be a pain to adjust if it can't be done within the control panel.

It looks like the black and cyan heads are damaged from the head strike you mentioned earlier in the post. It also looks like you need to change the cap stations as well they look a little worn. Unfortunately it looks like you may need a couple of heads.

If the heads hit the metal feet that hold down the material I can almost guarantee you have a damaged head or 2. You may be able to get the cyan head to come back but the black looks like it may be lost. Also since the black head is on the outside of the head line up it probably hit the metal...
Yes the laminate will actually push off the print leaving a big bubble. I've seen this first hand however more common on wrap vinyl.
