Since COVID, it seems like customer service has gone to sh*t. It's not only Mimaki but it's super frustrating when you need help and the manufacturers just don't care.
Can't disagree with most of this but I take pride knowing that I print my own work. I'm surrounded by others that outsource and my work stands above what they do. I let my customers know that one of those reasons why is that I print what I sell.
I'm only looking at the Home Page of each site. Signs101 has 10 different individual ads. At ***********.com, I count 13 different individual ads. Ads are a little different in the layout.
If this website makes the owner rich, good for them. No one is making anyone visit this site.

Does Grimco have any reps anymore? I purchased equipment through them in March and right after that, I was told that a lot of reps and techs were laid off. Some of the reps I work with, and have worked with for years, were let go.
