I have a bn20 a took the ink cartridges out and put cleaning cartridges in and I can’t get it to suck through the lines and now I put ink cartridges back in and it won’t pump through the lines either I’m not sure what’s wrong it looks like the captio is making a good seal around the head the...
Thanks that is exactly the problem. I’m not trying to bash anyone if I don’t have a true reason to. They sold me a print head and confirmed it was for my printer and turns out they were wrong in fact and they admitted it after they talked with mutoh. The problem is if I do a head swap like I did...
Not when they faulsly advertise a printhead that is supposed to be for you printer and then turns out it’s not at that point it is on them if the sell parts then they should advertise it correctly and confirm with mutoh the parts they are selling are for the correct printers.
Excuse me??? This printer worked 100 percent before the print head test unfortunately the head was missing nozzles and cleaning didn’t help so of course I ordered a new print head. Placed the new head in and hooked it up just like it was before and boom I got the head heat error. Honestly at...
We did try to replace the cr board and still gave the same error and didn’t fix anything so we put a new main board in today but that’s the furthest we got after he seen the head was the wrong on. I would like to put the old head in that came with the printer just to get ink flowing again but...
To say the least lol could put my head through a wall they offered to refund the money for the head but at this point their mistake cost me a extra 3k alone in techs and parts. Now I have to shell out 3k just for the head lol
I tend to disagree with on this one because mutoh confirmed that head should have never been advertised as a xpertjet head in the first place. So tell me why they advertise it as one? The problem is it goes way deeper then that they misrepresented their head and ruined more things
Correct it fries the head and the main board it’s my guess is a different voltage or something because even mutoh said to use the one that is designated only for the xpertjet printers or you will have big problems
Actually it’s because they even admitted that the head they sent me isn’t correct in the first place. The firmware is way different and wasn’t made for this printer not a single thing was hooked up the wrong way I’m good at taking pictures and following stuff step by step. The xpertjet takes its...
Thanks to solventinkjet.com for selling me a head advertised to work with my printer was a bold lie. They have now officially cost me a few thousand dollars in repair and a tech coming out 2 times now. I have a xpertjet1641 sr and they told me over the phone the head is for my printer and that...
I had the worst experience today ever. American print consultants sent a tech out he was going to be here at 11 he didn’t show up until 1 I understand stuff happens and I wish that was the end of the story but it’s not. He changed out my CR Board on my xpertjet 1641sr then went to install a new...
I wouldn’t suggest them I just got done having a battle with them on one of their service techs he came out and left my printer more broken then he showed up. Now their main tech has to come out and fix his mess and replace my main board and brand new print head and they still charged me for...
So long story short I put the old head in again and old cables still did the same error code guess I’m going to put a cr board in and see if that fixes it
All cables are in the right spot and in the correct order im about ready to give up at this point now I have to pay a service tech over 700 bucks just to come look at it diagnose it. They said it might be the cr board or the fcc cable from the cr board to the main board.
