I understand that Frosted Vinyl exists.
Is there any way to mimic or get close to that effect with printing on clear vinyl? This is mainly for privacy.
I have tried everywhere. As I've mentioned before...VersaWorks 5 can rip them just fine. VersaWorks 6 on 2 of our PC's think these same files are corrupt. All other PC's VersaWorks 6 can rip them just fine. I have redownloaded VersaWorks 6, I have reinstalled Windows, I have upgraded...
So as if this couldn't make your head scratch more, we have VersaWorks 5 installed on the same bad PC's. They can open those same eps files just fine! This is so frustrating. I need VersaWorks 6 to work since 5 doesn't support our printer we need for the job. It has to be a software issue...
I upgraded one computer to Windows 8.1.... Still throwing the error message back at me and locks up halfway when ripping TIFF files. This has got to be the most frustrating software.
I have also tried this. Unfortunately, still showing a corrupt file no matter what. I even took it further and performed a fresh install of windows and it still didn't matter. I am totally at a loss here. Hopefully someone comes along with an answer.
It is the latest version off their website. Tiff files are able to be uploaded sometimes so I don't believe it's a permission issue. The current user accounts have admin rights. I checked the processes and didn't see anything out of place. I am trying to avoid reinstalling windows as its a long...
That is my current issue. No matter where the EPS is created, VersaWorks on the bad pc always thinks its a corrupt file. It is obviously not since it can be loaded on all the good PC's
EPS work perfectly fine on other PC's. Even new ones created on the good and bad PC's.
The PC's have mostly the same hardware. Processors are different. Processors are AMD A4-5300 and AMD A10-6700. They also have different RAMs. Inside the PC's look fine and the hard drives are not failing.
Thanks for the quick reply! All of the computers are running different versions of Windows 7. The 2 computers effected are both running Windows 7 Ultimate. Not sure if that matters
EPS files are created in Corel x7. Not sure if the files are the culprit since the same files work on the other...
