Yah we put those inks in our Roland and the inks were fine the problem was the ink level indicator on the cartridge was no good and ran the line clean. Versa Works and the printer said I still had a good level too. Wasnt the case tho.

Did you try calibrating the printer to check the feed rate?

We had this problem before. Check your ink levels make sure you didnt run one dry!

Need help printing solid black on Perf material. Im getting what looks like the ink not wanting to stay on part of the perf material almost looks like the ink is "flaking" off edges around the circles in the perf. Any suggestions? Thank You DJ Using Roland XJ640 and VersaWorks RIP ECOSol inks

What can I use to remove sharpie marker from a vehicle wrap? We used 3M on a recent wrap and the customers vehicle got tagged. Any ideas what to use would be great.
