    We are having two issues. First is banding... we also are having total dropout about 1/2 way through a 4x8 sheet of ACM. We are running 1 pass unidirectional. Our shop temp is 58 degrees and our humidity is 45%. It is taking us 22 mins per side to print.

    That's what I was thinking as well. Do you laminate to protect the print? Are you having UV adhesion issues with the ACM?

    I am looking at a used DYSS VPRO X-7 5x10 cutter.... anyone have one or had one and have any feedback on these units and manufacturer. They seem to be sold and serviced by DGS out of Florida. ANy help would be welcome!

  7. Need Help Laminating ACM/Max Metal

    We are just starting to UV print on ACM/Max Metal. We have had adhesion issues and want to laminate over the print. Should we laminate then route, or route then laminate? That is my question. We are printing on digital ACM.
