    Hi, My company has a Mutoh ValueJet 1638. When I go to set up a media type it just automatically gives me the "Undefined Media" error without even bothering to measure the media thickness or width. Any idea on how to remedy this? Thanks

  5. Need help printing TEST PATTERN FILL in service mode.

    I am able to get service mode but it says "SETUP SHEET" if I press the menu button I am able to get to to the TEST PATTERN FILL but when I press enter it says"SHEET NOT LOADED, SETUP SHEET. I have vinyl loaded in the printer but cant get past this. What am I missing?

    How would you setup this truck wrap?

    I'm trying to figure out how to print this. This is going on mulitple F350 Dually's, so there are some huge curves to contend with. I'm just not sure how to keep the lines straight if I print it as a wrap. I feel like I couldn't possibly get the measurements close-enough to keep the lines...
