1000 Die-cut coro trifolds

I got a customer that needs these basic coroplast trifolds (folding)
1000 of two different types. Any direction would be appreciated. I am having a hard time getting a response by the deadline needed for this bid. A out of state vendor is fine.

The image was one color and yes it could be screen printed. The cost was $9.89 each. I'm out of the loop now so I don't care, but I would be more than happy to pass on your info to the person buying them.
