Need Help 5 year old Mimaki CJV150-130 stopped printing, please help

We have a 5 year old Mimaki CJV150-130, has been working beautifully until it suddenly stopped firing ink. No error messages, it acts as though it's printing but nothing ever prints not even test prints, page is blank. After reading numerous forums, we ordered and replaced 4 dampers, printhead, cap and pump assembly, ran numerous washes and cleaning, still nothing. After replacing dampers noticed the ink lines are not full after several Hard ink fill ups. Also tried the syringe method of pulling out air and ink through the dampers, can pull ink but then noticed it flows back up into the line. Any help or advice will be appreciated. Pictures of new cap and ink lines.

The fact that the cap is completely clean means no ink is being pulled during cleanings. Make sure the third tube is connected to the bottom of the cap top. If only 2 are connected, you will just pull air. Then try to flush cleaning solution through the pump and into the waste tank. Your pump might just be clogged. You should be able to push solution through easily. If it gives a ton of resistance, you have a clog. You can usually clear the clog by flushing it but sometimes you might need a new one. When you run a cleaning cycle, you should see the air bubbles in the line move towards the head and ink should flow into the head fairly quickly. If it doesn't, the seal between the cap top and head might not be sealing all the way.

Here's a picture of the original cap that was removed, but there is not a third tube. We also replaced the pump. Also including a picture of the ink lines connected to the dampers that will fill with the syringe method but gets "sucked" back into the lines. We've been using SS21 ink without any issue.

So there is a third tube but with that rubber stopper on there, it should pull good suction. Since there is absolutely no ink in the cap top sponge, I'd say either the pump is clogged, or the cap top is simply not sealing well. Make sure you are in low head height, and make sure the head height lock screws are tight. If they're loose, you won't get a good seal. If you are in low head height and pump isn't clogged and you still don't get ink flow, I'd suspect the 3rd party cap top isn't sealing well for whatever reason. When you start a cleaning cycle, the ink in those lines above the dampers should start moving almost immediately.
