We have purchased the same replacement blades for the HP latex 115 cutter for the past 2 year and never had a problem, we used to change it once a month or less. However all of a sudden we need to change it super often more than weekly and we have the pressure up on 240g from cutting the same 6 mm vinyl we have always cut. I orderd new blades to make sure we werent sent old or defective blades by manufacturer but still same issue we need to change the blades all the time.
Worth to mention is that it gets better when we change the blade but only for 1 or 2 days then back to being dull, I can't keep changing the blade every two days
Could this be another issue? other than the blade itself?
