Chromaluxe white signs

I have a customer request to print a bunch of black text on white signs on Chromaluxe panels ranging from 4x6 to 16x24. My experience so far has been printing photos that have heavy ink coverage, with polypoplin fabric on top. I'm having two issues-
1) the black text has green ghosting around it
2) The polypoplin fabric sheds ink from previous jobs onto the white areas

How can I avoid both issues?

Epson F570
DK32 press
Epson sub paper
heavy pressure
2 minute press time

Green is under cooked. The ghosting could be the paper is not taped securely to the substrate. We change our polypoplin out after every two or three prints. Another trick is to prepress your metal with poly on top to wick out any moisture. Then when printing just use a white butcher paper on top of the metal, no poly. You have accomplished getting rid of the moisture with the prepress and your polypoplin will now last a long long time as you never press any transferrable ink with it.
