Color Management Problems

I am using CorelDraw 12 to design logo's and then coping them on a cd as a CDR file and printing them on a Roland VersaCamm and the problem I am having is once we print the logo's the colors look washed out and faded and just not real sharp or bright.

I am using the RBG settings in Corel and wondering if when I send them to be printed maybe their settings in Corel are set different or if there is another problem.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?
