Looks quite a lot like the PEIGNOT medium I have in Gerber, except the R was modified to connect.

Epoca is not even close.
Barmeno has rounded tops on B and R. Doesn't match.
Granville is very close, but I see now that the terminal strokes of the S are longer.
Times Sans Serif looks like it might be a cheap ripoff of Granville, and it has the same problem with the S.
Peignot has an open R. Doesn't match.
Eurosans has a flat peak on the A. Doesn't match.
Brittanic has a curved leg on the R. Doesn't match.
No results on Google for Bicuspid Bold or the ADA Font Factory. Spelling?

So I was able to get a hold of the designers and they told me it was a font called Myanmar MN. Where the heck do I get that?
