FB 700 Error Code E-MM-52 "Invalid Belt Encoder Ratio Calculated"

Has anyone encountered and resolved this error? I have reseated the media drive motor cable and cleaned the encoder hub and have had no luck. I'd like to take a sledgehammer to this printer and put it out of its misery right now.:banghead:
