Question Gfp 363TH slitter option? laminate overhang

Hello I have a gfp 363th and wondering if there is some kind of attachment to add the slitting option to cut the laminate overhang. i didnt know about this issue until i got the machine. The supplier i get the stuff from can cut the laminate roll smaller but they charge some money each time. or is there some kinda diy i can make to cut my own roll?

When we get overhang on an edge and it might be a problem one of the operators just sit behind the machine by the take-up reel with an exacto and trim it off as it feeds through. (before it is wound up)
