Guys, I have to make an image that is 108.5 Tall and 234.5 wide at 300 dpi. I have it designed in CorelDraw, now how do I get it out of there into something like a .jpeg??? And still be at 300 dpi?

This is being printed for a mobile billboard.

I too would question the 300 ppi requirement. That is a HUGE file and most likely, overkill. You will significantly reduce the file size by going to 150, 100, or even 75 ppi for that size image.
