here we go again... EDGE ISSUE

Sorry about the delay... I dont know whay but it started working properly before I had a chance to try all the options.. I have run about small jobs and the foils are running fine.... now my problem seems to be the vinyl getting its holes stretched allowing the colors to not line up... I have tried 3 different brands of vinyl... with no tension on the roll... I unwound it off the holder prior to printing, the sprockets are clean enough to eat off of. ugh
