JV3-160, operates but not printing

The printer in question is a Mimaki JV3-160 SP. Printer was printing the previous day and now nothing.

The printer and heads operate, although, the device fails to print. All nozzles have been checked and there is no blockage, damper is full and connections are solid, changed slider board and replaced pumps and printer will still not print.

any ideas to what this problem might be?

Bad encoder sensor. If the encoder sensor doesn't send back a signal to the main board, the heads don't fire on a JV3. It's one of the only machines that does this without giving a motor error.

Changed encoder sensor and it is now printing from all heads.
