looking for a mentor for electrical sign

I'm looking for a mentor for electrical sign. I don't plan to make them myself. I have 2 great manufacturers/installer for this, but our planing make difficult to have information and I have to say they suck at training. I would just like to be better at selling them and know the theory of this segment.
