Hi,
I have recently purchased a Mimaki CJV30-100 cheap to get working.
It's been sat for about 1 year doing nothing.
I am hoping the heads are not needing replacement, but i am 99% certain they will need to be replaced.
I am ok doing replacement and repairs myself.
Runing a test print with new ink yeilds no ink on the vinyl.
I am going to replace all the consumable parts, Dampers, Captop etc to see what that does.
Any recommendations on what i can do to try and get it printing anything before replacing the heads? or am i just wasting my time and i should just go amd replace them.
Can i manually clean, or force a seriously heavy duty clean when i get the new captop?
