New to the message board - first time poster.
Yesterday our Composer software stopped communicating with our Gerber FastTrack 650 plotter mid job.
If I try to send a new job to cut it stays Idle for a moment and disappears. The bottom "progress"
portion of the screen says "saving parameters" but quickly goes away.
Do you know if there is a mysterious place these files are going rather then the plotter?
Ive check the software Queue area and it is empty. Ive reinstalled the Plotter and checked the connections.
Im not sure if anyone has had similar issues.
I will try to replace the ScSi cable but before doing so I wanted to see if anyone could relate to this issue.
- the plotter seems fully operational and it successfuly doing test cuts.
