Roland 300 Printer problems

Hey guys. Just an update. Thankfully It was just the dampers and not a hairline crack on the printhead. I was able to change the dampers on my own. Thanks to Jim for sending me the service manual. Difficulty of changing the dampers was about a 7/10 ...keep in mind I've never done it before. Thanks again for everyone's input and help.

There are times when it's good to be wrong! Glad it was just a damper and not the print head.

Did you use OEM or Digiprint/AliExpress *Japanese" dampers?

I used OEM...I saw a few members and people on youtube mention that the cheaper dampers don't last too long.
