Looking for a wholesaler that is in Canada that I can purchase blanks for plague (metal) 3"x3" with adhesive backing that I can sublimate on.
Also looking for 1st/2nd/3rd Ribbons that the name of the organization can be printed on.

Buy dynasub sheets from your normal sublimation vendor and shear them to whatever size you want. Otherwise, Johnson Plastics will fabricate custom cut shapes.

You can buy ribbons from any trophy wholesaler... try ribbonsgalore.com

neither of these options may work in Canada... if not just make friends with a local trophy shop and do trade work for each other.

As suggested, get your self metal shear and buy sheets 12"x24" and cut as needed.
