Where to buy custom sized substrates in Canada?

I can't find anyone locally to cut aluminum or alumicore materials for me. Do you know of a site that will make custom sized aluminum and ship them. I have found a decent US one but nothing within Canada.

I can't afford a panel saw to cut the material myself.

Circular saw, straight edge, a couple of clamps. Use a sacrificial sheet of corroplast under the sheet.

I have read you can possibly score the aluminum boards with a box cutter and snap the sheets. Please get confirmation before trying though.

Pat beat me to it. Mid West sheet metal is great. For shipping, your quickest option would probably be greyhound. If you're shipping a lot (and bigger pieces) maybe check out Gardewine North or some place similar.

Aluminum: Mid West sheet metal: 1100 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 1P9 (204) 774-3107

Aluminum composite and other substrates: Sabic Polymershapes 1725 St James St, Winnipeg, Manitoba (204) 958-7500

Both suppliers are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I'm not sure how shipping would work out to you but hopefully that's a question they can answer.

Thank you so much!!!! Finally I have been looking forever. I will call them both today!!
