I just saw your post regarding the banner prices in Texas, I work for a one of the biggest large format shop in Canada and our price would be about $1.25 US for 13 oz. If you ever outsources I'd be happy to help. We also make our own framing system - we started as a hardware manufacturer 30 years ago and a print supplier 1991.
