  • Hi
I found this forum because I faced a similar problem that you wrote about a year ago.
We have a printer HP Latex 360 and gray color is constantly prints with a purple shade.
I would be most grateful if you tell how did you solve this problem if you managed. Please share your experiences or some advice, please, on what to do. We tried a lot of things, but nothing works.
    Best wishes, Elena

I have had this issue before as well and it's pretty baffling and frustrating. I have discovered recently that it always happens when my magenta (magenta, not light magenta) ink is low and about to run out.

I changed and/or cleaned printed heads, recalibrated colors, ran all the tests, etc, and still had the same problem no matter what substrate and profile I used. The only thing that worked for me was to change out the Magenta ink.

Coincidence, I have no idea..... Maybe the magenta ink always pushes more ink when it's on its last 10ml, I have no idea. But it always fixed the problem once I changed the ink out. By chance, are you low on magenta?
