We are acquiring an HP 570 latex printer in addition to our Roland 640. VersaWorks does not support HP. What RIP do you suggest to run both, or at least the 570?

We have a couple of Miller welders, but when we do small reverse channel letters ( 3"-7") are forced to outside weld as the welder tips are too big to fit between the narrow returns.
Does anyone use a smaller MIG set up? I know there used to be a company that did a small spool gun with a 9"...
we are making larger (96"x48") acrylic panels 1/2" deep with translucent vinyl graphics, and would like to contour some shapes with a V bit and edge illuminate it. Any suggestions on best practices? How deep, type of LEDS? Any suggestions how to make the lit edges pop as much as possible.
