    Great thank you for the insight, I didn’t really have a good place to start. Nothing visually bad on the board, I’ll clean out the connections and give that a go, tried to update the firmware but got the “special version of firmware that can’t be updated” message

    Did you try unplugging usb/ Ethernet then doing a factory reset? Turn on holding up button. Usually fixes our weird issues.
