my problem ended up being that the print head fuse was blown on only one print head. so when i switch the print cables the head that had the blown fuse now had power and started working. so i replaced the man head fuse on the board and all is well for now... Thanks for the input

mutoh inks I use lava bulk ink system... You will have to recreate your color pallete and buy there bulk tanks but no flushing is required.. how ever im using the eco sol ultra ink and it has a foul smell to it.. unlike the factory ink... you can check them out at www.lavaink.com
