  1. Film removal difficult

Makes sense. I'm still trying to figure all this out. I started at 220 F and now I'm at 265 F temp. At times it comes out evenly melted and looks clean other times it is less cured, more bumpy but if I go any higher on temp I get more yellowing or burning. Film looks over exposed.
  2. Film removal difficult

turns out we just need to make sure it's completely cool to peel.
  3. Film removal difficult

Alright. Most likely will have to check the powder then. With a complete cool we are able to remove and finish the work. With our third party films 10-15 secs was enough to remove the film. With our current set up, the film we peel all off when all garments are complete and its working out ok...
  4. Film removal difficult

I did my first Dtf print and press. I've done alot of DTF presses and it has been pretty easy going. With third party films. Mine are not working out so good. Having a tough time removing the film without lifting the print. tried pre pressing the garment, med-high pressure, 140,150, 160 deg C...

  7. Will not print my white channels

What am I missing! I’m comparing the 2 files and I cannot spot any difference. W1-W4 are the last 4 spot channels. I have found several YouTube videos and it’s so straight forward. I’ll keep beating myself , thanks hopefully something obvious pops up here.
  8. Will not print my white channels

Im very new and only had my printer for a week. I’ve spent the entire week trying to get it to print the white on top or last layer. No luck. Open my file in PS> cmyk>300 dpi> remove background>select with wand and inverse>select modify and constrict> 2 pixels. New spot channel W1>duplicate...

  10. Pressing issue

hi it is a clamshell. Ive pressed the same way for 10+ years with no issue. Changed the press to a manual with no breathing holes on the bottom platform. I think you are correct. Now that I have no breathing holes its shrinking much more especially the brown paper. paper looks alot more beat up...
  11. Pressing issue

Ive changed my press only. been pressing this way for 10+ years. My press drawer or platform does not have holes at the bottom. As if its not allowing the bottom to breathe or move air.
  12. Pressing issue

Well I use tacky paper with adhesive to prevent ghosting. Nothing has changed on my end except the press. My pneaumatic press the base platform had holes all over it maybe for being able to dispense some heat? I going to drill some holes in the base platform. I dont know what else to do. Its as...

  15. Pressing issue

Anybody know why I’m getting blotches of less ink transferring? I’ve gone up in temp but not helping. Normally I’m at 200deg 55 secs. Tried 205-210 for 60 secs and some presses leaving streaks as per image. Tried orange pad, the beige foam one that came with press and nomex felt. As if it’s...
