The reason I ask is because, I purchased a UV Flatbed from them on 8/12. Their machine has been nothing but a complete nightmare. I ran into Direct Color Systems at the NBM show in Long Beach on 8/12. I asked them if their printer can print on reflective substrates as my printing needs are to be able to print on reflective acrylic. They told me that honestly they had never printed on reflective acrylic but that it shouldn't be a problem. I asked to have samples made on the printer and they made them.
