    Have not replaced maintenance station since purchased new, have one on order. Hope this will fix problem, I will keep you posted after install. I did not call Sign Warehouse figure they would charge for tech support. All your feed back is appreciated.

    How can the print head be broke?? The other colors are good except black starts to fade and in some cases it will pretty much stop printing black. Thanks
