  1. Eco-Solvent Ink curing - especially on banners.

    I know Epson stylus pro GS 6000, their ink is good, and don't scratch that easy, we are lucky,our HP UV curable ink never have the scratch issue. And we carry the super smooth banner material, almost like fabric, anti-wrinkle, and it impossible to tear at all, awesome!

    yes, when you want to change the pass, you have to clean the encoder strip and encoder sensor first and then adjust the position of the encoder sensor.

    another reason is that. Inks stick less easily to banner materials with low-surface energy,(bad banner material) or the ink can not fully polymerization because the ink is not really solvent or eco-solvent (bad ink). Color will fade soon Like dye-base ink.

    mesh banner, it have some small hole, they can stand with the strong wind. or they want to put the banner to the window, so they won't block all the sunlight and the are lighter than putting the banner in the building.

    there are removable glue vinyl and permanent glue vinyl, removable mean that when you want to remove the vinyl from the window of from any surface, no glue will left on the window or applied surface. You can think about using the removable PSA vinyl But not sure about your case.
