    Did you ever fix the connection problem, my vp 540 is doing the same thing

    yes we did. The problem was the IP address kept changing due to the dealer set it up using the Wi-Fi ip address which I learned changes, so that’s when I would lose connectivity. Had to log out of Wi-Fi and use the computer Ip address.
