    Hi All, I am Christopher from Papua New Guinea, East New Britain Province, Kokopo and I'm a new Roland User, I installed a new Print Head to my Versa Art RA-640 printer and Kept on Saying "Wrong Print Head Installed". I replaced it again with the old one and same message appears.

    Can any one assist me how i can fixed this error?
