I need help here Can anyone tell me how to replace a manifold on a roland sp540v ? broken tips for dampers , need new manifolds and where can i buy new ones with fast shipping ?. Do I have to pull the head off with manifold or can I leave head in place and replace just the manifold?

i dont think i cracked anything and only replaced the yellow damper. no ink spill and the fuses were sodered in place with bord still in machine im going to ck new fuses myself in the morning and dont know how to check tranistors what to look for with them

it still cuts just fine. but no printing

the captop iis clean and i can hear pump working , hell i went and pumped out a set of ink carts. replaces fuses . it has been 2 weeks that it has sat but i pull ink thru with sygenge every other day and its still pluged in for reg cleaning. i put a new encoding strip on it 3 days before this...

and when the tech comes out he charges you for anything and everything it can be on my credit card and if he dosnt use parts he takes it off the card about a week later . the computer tech that tested them told me they were both blown . but who knows if he was right. no work for 3 weeks now so...

Well I had the fuses sodered on and still dont get anything when i do a print test. now I just have ink puddeling on top of where the wiper and spong are. I never had that before. what else can I try it cost 450.00 just to get a tech to where I live in arizona.
